STILL ON THE FIGHT FOR JUSTICE AND EQUITY

On Saturday the 27th of October 2018, several immigrants accompanied with lots of italian citizen including the president of "Babele association" came out in group for a peaceful manifestation regarding the newly signed and enforced decree of Salvini.

It was saddened to see that only a microscopic few out of the thousands of immigrants likely to be affected by the new decree showed concern by participating. Others, for reasons best known to them choose instead to ignore and exclude themselves.
"Peccato" as Italians will say..........

It's obvious that lots of these people who excluded themselves doesn't really understand the full concept of the newly signed decree.

So I want to take this time out to highlight some  consequences of the decree for those who wish to know.

1. In line with the new decree, Resident permit would not be issued again to immigrants.
CONSEQUENCES..
*You won't be able to legally rent a house.
*You won't be able to even travel by flight within the country.
*You won't be able to get some kind of contract jobs.
*You won't be able to participate in some projects

2. In line with the new decree, everyone who has the two years documents before, won't be able to renew their document whenever it expires, instead they will be required to convert the two years documents to a working permit document. And the conversion is the big deal, due to the kind of documents that you would be required to present for the conversion.

*House contract.
*Work contract.
* Casellario giudiziale (from tribunal showing that you have no criminal case and you haven't been reported to the police about anything) and the cost for obtaining this document has been increased now.
*International passport.
*And some other stuffs.............

3. Previously, there were three different types of documents issued to immigrants

*International protection/Refugee status. (5years documents without Italian passport).
*Subsidiary protection (5years documents with Italian international passport).
*Humanitarian protection (2years documents)

And as we all know, the humanitarian protection document is the most obtainable document in Italy. But in line with the new decree, that document wouldn't be issued out again. Instead it's being replaced by a new kind of document called "SPECIAL CASE" and this new replacement wouldn't be easily issued out unlike the previous humanitarian protection document.
So this means that we are bound to be having a constant flow of "esito negativo" from the commission henceforth.

4. Even those who have the 5years documents before will suffer the risk of being stripped of their document if found guilty of any illegal activity or crime.
